Import documents cannot repair an unclear product brief. Before requesting a quote, put the material, finished dimensions, construction, appearance reference, quantity and packing into one controlled checklist.
进口文件无法弥补不清晰的产品需求。询价前，应将材质、成品尺寸、结构、外观参考、数量和包装整理到一份受控清单中。
Checklist 1: Product identity
清单一：产品识别
Give each item a unique reference and state the intended use. Identify transparent PE, high-transparency PVC or a request to compare both. Keep different material directions on separate lines.
为每个品项设置唯一编号并说明用途。明确透明 PE、高透明 PVC，或要求比较两者；不同材质方向应分行记录。
Checklist 2: Finished dimensions
清单二：成品尺寸
Record finished width and length per panel, orientation, panel count and quantity. Add a dimensioned drawing. Measurement method, dimensional tolerance and available size range are not published and must be confirmed.

Checklist 3: Edges and fixing points

Mark every edge, corner and requested grommet position. The PE reference shows reinforced corners and metal grommets; the PVC reference shows thickened edging, reinforced corners and grommets. Confirm exact construction in writing.

Checklist 4: Appearance reference

Attach the chosen product image and any buyer reference. State how appearance should be reviewed. Exact transparency values, color values or surface grades are not given in the supplied material, so they cannot be assumed.

Checklist 5: Packing and marks

Checklist 6: Commercial confirmation

Ask the quotation to state MOQ, price, lead time, validity, payment, capacity, certifications, inspection, shipping and included items. None of these terms is published on this page; the current response from the factory is the controlling record.

No. Images show a product direction and visible features; a written, confirmed specification is still required.
